| 摘 要： | 柏拉图的国家理想以理念为基础 ,国家的主题是正义和智慧。国家、政治和法律要朝向真正的存在并且与人的灵魂相关才有意义 ,国家的工程是一项灵魂工程。法律就是理性和秩序 ,它体现的是精神的自由。

| Abstract: | Plato's republic ideal is on the basis of the form , the subject of the republic is justice and wisdom. The meaning of the republic, the politics and the law toward the being and the psyche, the republic is a kind of construction project of the psyche. The law is the reason and the order, it embodies the freedom of the spirit. |
