论侦查阶段犯罪嫌疑人的人权保障

保障人权是我国刑事诉讼的主要内容之一。我国现行刑事诉讼法在保障侦查阶段犯罪嫌疑人人权方面实现了历史性突破。但是司法实践中侵犯侦查阶段犯罪嫌疑人人权现象仍然存在。这主要是因为刑诉观念落后、法规不完善、侦查人员素质差等。为此 ,必须转变刑诉观念、继续完善立法、提高侦查人员素质 ,以充分地保障犯罪嫌疑人的人权

On the Human Right Security of Suspects at the Scouting Stage

To secure human rights is one of the primary contents of our country's criminal suits. In securing the human rights of suspects at the scouting stage, our country's current code of criminal procedure is prominent. However, there exist some phenomena of infringing the human rights of suspects at scouting stage in practice because there are old criminal suit notion, the inadequacy of law, scouts' poor morality and ability and so on. So, it is necessary to change the notion, continue to perfect law and improve scouts' morality and ability in order to secure completely the human rights of suspects.
