谈高校图书馆信息服务方式的转变

随着高校图书馆信息服务功能的扩大，高校图书馆只有转变信息服务观念、提高信息服务水平，才能满足读者全方位、多层次的个性化的信息需求。因此，高校图书馆信息服务方式的转变主要表现在：从被动性服务向主动性服务转变；从大众化服务向个性化服务转变；从静态性服务向动态性服务转变；从分散性服务向整合性服务转变；从单向性服务向交互性服务转变。

The Transformation of Information Service Way in University Library

With the expansion of information service function in university library, university library has to change the concept of information service and enhance the level of information service in order to meet the readers＇ all-round, multi-level demand for personalized information. Therefore, the transformation of information service in university library in mainly manifested in the following aspects： this paper argues that the ways to the change of information services function in University Library include： from the passive service to the initiative service; from the public service to the personalized service; from the static service to the dynamic service; from the dispersive service to the integrative service; from one-way service to the interactive service.
