摘    要:在全球化时代和网络时代,网络文化日益成为构建国家和区域软实力的重要元素,需要借助网络传播的力量来促进其发展。大数据下的网络文化传播是一种从宏观与中观的层面对社会某一方面的趋势、动态和结构性的把握,它打开了网络文化传播的新境界,成为网络文化传播的“利器”。在看到红利的同时,大数据也带来了一些有关隐私权、版权等问题,因此,我们必须要加快数据开放共享,推进数据技术发展,完善体制机制,加强大数据人才培养。

Abstract:In the era of globalization and Internet,network culture has increasingly become an important element in the construction of national and regional soft power,and it needs the power of network communication to promote its development. the network culture communication grasp trend,the dynamic and structural of a certain aspect of society from macro layer to middle layer in the era of big data,open the new realm of culture communication network,Become a “weapon”of network culture communication.At the same time to see the dividend,Big data has brought some of the issues related to privacy, copyright .So,We must speed up the sharing of data,promote the development of data technology,improve system and mechanism,Strengthen the cultivation of big data talents.
