| 摘 要： | 邓小平领导哲学是马克思主义元哲学在领导活动中的具体化应用,是对毛泽东领导哲学的继承与发展,是邓小平理论的有机构成部分,具有深刻的内涵。其理论风格主要体现在以民为本的利益观、实事求是的实践观、开拓创新的运动观、统揽大局的战略观和尊重人民首创的群众史观上。邓小平领导哲学对当代领导活动中的科学决策、民主监督以及效能评价均有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's Leading Philosophy,originated from the substantial application of Marxism philosophy,inherited and developed from Mao Zedong's Leading Philosophy,being an organic part of Deng Xiaoping Theory, has deep connotation. Its theoretical style embodies in the view of interests based on the people, the practical and realistic view of practice, the innovative and creative view of movement, the strategic view of overall situation and the view of history relying on people's innovation. Deng Xiaoping's Leading Philosophy is significant to scientific decision, democratic supervision and appraisal of leaders' efficiency and ability. |
