| 摘 要： | 对运动生理学的研究、有关文献资料的分析以及实践经验的总结，揭示体育教学过程的生理学规律主要有：学生身体活动的动静调控规律、学生身体机能活动的变化规律以及动作枝能形成的进化规律等。掌握、应用这些规律在体育教学中科学安排和合理调控课的运动量与密度、加深学生在课中锻炼的体验，可提高体育课的教学质量。
