结核菌素试验在入学新生结核病例搜寻中的应用

青年阶段是结核病发病的高峰年令组。本文通过对苏州铁道师院1982～1991年十届新生2983人所作的结核茵素试验结果的分析论证证明:及早发现及控制传染源,切断传染途经,保护易感人群是学校防痨的根本。对入学新生进行结素试验,阴性者接种卡介苗,强阳性者进行肺部过筛检查,并予以异烟肼化疗预防,应列为大学生结核病防治常规。

The Application of Tuberculin Test to Finding out TB Sufferers among the Newly-Enrolled Students

Young generation can be the peak period of tuberculous incidence. A Series of tuberculin tests for 2983 newly enrolled students at Suzhou Railway Teachers College were made during the ten years 1982~1991. The test results suggest that the essential measures to protect students from tuberculosis in the college should be taken as follows:discovering its incidence as early as possible, controlling the sources of infection,cutting off the ways of infection, protecting the susceptible population from the disease. Among the neawly enrolled students tested by tuberculin, the examinees with negative reaction should be given BCG Vaccine inoculation, while those with evident positive reaction should have their lungs examined again and take isoniazid (rimifon) as chemical treatment.
