摘    要:由于产生于不同的经济基础和价值体系中,现代组织文化与中国传统文化间存在着异质的排斥性和同质的兼容性.中国现代组织文化建设的基础固然存在于社会主义现代化建设的实践中,但重视借鉴中国传统文化的同质兼容因素,也是中国现代组织文化保持民族特色和体现时代特征的重要因素.
