论党校教师的柔性管理

党校教师是党校教学工作和科研工作的承担者和主导力量,但是以规章制度为中心的传统刚性管理模式忽视了党校教师特殊的性格特征和劳动特点,制约了他们工作积极性和主动性的发挥。柔性管理是相对于刚性管理而言新的管理方式,对党校教师实施柔性管理,不但有利于教师个人价值的实现,而且有利于党校管理水平的提升。这就要求党校管理者在具体的管理过程中要做到以师为本,服务为上;刚柔相济,以柔为主;尊重差异,有效激励;共同决策,民主管理。

On the Flexible Management to Teachers of Communist Party Schools

Communist Party School teachers are the undertaker and dominant force of teaching and research work in Communist Party schools.However,the rules as the center of the traditional rigid management model have ignored the teachers＇ special characters and characteristics of labor and restricted their work enthusiasm and initiative.Compared with rigid management,the flexible management is a new management mode.Implementing flexible management cannot only help the teacher to realize the individual values,but also be conducive to the school management level.This requires the school managers to achieve a management of teacher-oriented,flexible service for teachers,acceptance to differences,effective incentives,joint decision-making,and democratic management in specific management process.
