管理中的沟通媒介与沟通效率研究

摘    要:提高组织的沟通效率不仅与降低沟通成本有关,还可以促进成员之间的沟通欲望,提高整个组织的协作水平,改善对外部环境的应变能力,提高竞争力.根据不同需要,正确选择沟通媒介,可以提高沟通效率.本文主要采用定性的方法,通过对不同媒介的比较研究,分析不同沟通媒介的特点及其沟通效率,以便于对不同媒介相互比较,为正确选择沟通媒介提供科学依据.

Abstract:To enhance the communicating efficiency of an organization can not only reduce the cost of communication,but also stimulate the desire for communication between the members,which will lead to enhanced cooperation of the organization,improve the capability of adapting to the external changing environment and competitiveness.Based on different needs,selecting the right communicating medium can improve the efficiency of communication.This paper,by adopting the qualitative method,analyses the characteristics and communicating efficiency of different media by comparison.In this way,we can compare all kinds of media very conveniently and intend to provide a scientific basis for organizations to select proper communication medium.
