| 摘 要： | 公共性与人类社会的存在相伴随，并随着人类社会的发展而彰显，其在不同历史时代的内涵和表现有所不同。通过梳理公共性的内涵与发展历史，揭示公共性的现实意蕴。公共性在现代社会中的基本特点表现为民主性、公共理性、共生性。对公共性问题的研究不仅有助于培养理性公民，建立民主国家，更有利于人的自我发展与自我价值的实现，昭示人类社会发展的价值取向。

| Abstract: | The publicity is accompanied with the human society and changes at all times with it, which the content and performanee is different in the different historical era. Through making research on the content and its historical development, the paper revealed the practical meaning of the publicity. In the modern society, the publicity has the basic characteristics of democracy, public reason and the symbiotic nature. The research on the publicity not only helps to fester rational citizens and build a democratic country, but also is good at the people＇s self- development and the achievement of their self-worth, thereby it shows the value orientation of the development of human society. |
