| 摘 要： | 文章指出图书馆是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要环节和组成部分。图书馆在构建社会主义和谐社会中的定位与作用是任何机构不可替代的。通过对和谐社会、和谐文化以及和谐图书馆的关系的论述,进一步对高校和谐图书馆的特征、高校图书馆存在的矛盾和如何构建和谐图书馆进行了探讨。
