| 摘 要： | 文化国力是指一个国家文化发展和文化积累所形成的现实力量 ,具有精神性和主体性、综合性和层次性、多样性和可塑性的一般特质 ;文化国力由基础性要素、精神性要素和实体性要素三个层面的基本要素所构成 ,它既表现为与经济、政治相互作用和转化的规律 ,也表现为自身的继承累进、整合创新、不平衡和波浪式发展等多种规律

| Abstract: | The national power of culture means the realistic power developed and accumulated by a nation's culture. It has the following general particularities: spirituality and the nature of main body, the nature of integration and arrangement, diversity and plasticity; and it is formed by the following three elements: the element of basis, of spirituality and of entity. It will interact with economic power and political power, and even transform into them. It will also succeed and progress, integrate and innovate, develop imbalanced and in conk. |
