对我国以农业为基础方针的思考

以毛泽东为核心的中国共产党的第一代领导集体,在领导中国社会主义经济建设的过程中,在总结我国20世纪50年代经济建设成功和失误的经验教训的基础上,确立了以农业为基础发展国民经济的方针。这一方针在我国社会主义经济建设史上产生了重要作用,目前仍是我国进行社会主义现代化建设的一项重要方针。然而,这一方针也遇到了来自国内外经济发展的强有力的挑战。如何正确认识这一方针的现实内容及其作用,是一个值得注意的问题。

On the Policy of China' s Taking Agriculture as Foundation

In the process of leading China' s socialist economic constructi on , the first leading group of CPC, of which Mao Zedong was the core, summarized t he experiences and lessons of the economic construction of 1950s and established the policy of taking agriculture as foundation to develop national economics. T his policy has played an important role in the history of our socialist economic construction. And now, it is also an important policy in our socialist moderniz ation construction. But this policy has met strong challenges from national and international economic development. It is a question worthy of attention to corr ectly understand the real content and its function of this policy.
