| 摘 要： | 21世纪是我国农业实现现代化的世纪,信息化正在逐步成为推动社会进步的主要动力。利用现代化改造传统农业,使信息技术与传统农业有机结合,是贫苦地区加快发展的路径选择,是全面建设小康社会的基本要求。为使我国农业信息化建设在贫苦地区取得成效,就农业信息化建设在贫困地区的难点、重点和发展方向等问题进行探讨。
