党务公开就是指党的工作和活动,在条件许可的情况下,具有或应该具有公开性.党务公开是党务活动由秘密走向公开的必然趋势;是党的建设在新形势下的必然要求;是政务公开形势发展的必然.党务公开在内容上要全面、真实、具体、合法;在形式上要注意方式方法的多样化;在程序上要力求规范、有序、到位;在时限上实行定期与不定期相结合.要建立相关制度,确保党务公开的工作的长效性.
