| 摘 要： | 广义政治观实质上就是以人为本的政治观.广义政治观内在地要求坚持以人为本,实现以人为本是广义政治观的出发点和最终归宿.而要从理论上廓清人与政治的关系,确立人的政治主体地位,尊重和保障人权,推进政治发展,就必须树立以人为本的广义政治观.

| Abstract: | The general political theory is humanist political theory virtually. The general political theory inherently demands to regard human as the essence, while it is the start and final of the general political theory to realize humanism. And in order to expurgate the relations between human and politics from the perspective of theory, establish human as the body of politics, respect and safeguard human rights, promote political development, it is necessary to build up the general political theory of humanism. |
