| 摘 要： | 国民待遇原则是WTO中最为重要的基本原则。我国已成为WTO的正式成员方,正确理解这一原则是我国在WTO中维护权利履行义务的重要条件。本文从国民待遇原则的渊源谈起,具体阐述了外资国民待遇的内涵和外延,力求对这一原则有个清晰、全面的认识。

| Abstract: | The principle of national treatment is the most important basic principle in WTO. Our country has already become the full member of WTO side,and the correct understanding of this principle is the important condition that we safeguard our rights and fulfil obligations. This text speaks of from the origin of the principle of national treatment, then explains the connotation and denotation of the national treatment of the foreign capitals concretly, makes every effort to have one to know this principle clearly. |
