农业园区环境影响评价指标体系构建及实证分析

目前我国农业园区快速发展,已经进入种养殖深度融合、产业链延伸构建、区域社会经济环境联动发展的关键阶段,农业园区环境影响表现出复杂性、复合性的特点。为适应农业园区生产模式变化,科学应对农业园区环境影响新变化,在国内外相关研究的基础上,探讨了农业园区环境影响评价指标体系构建的策略方法。以某农业园区为例,统筹区域环境质量保护、农业环境影响减缓、循环经济产业链构建,从环境质量持续改善、生态空间保护、污染防治、资源利用、风险防控、环境管理等方面提出了一套适合于农业园区环境影响评价的指标体系,并在实证研究基础上提出指标构建的策略,以期提高农业园区环境影响减缓措施的针对性和实用性,对农业园区环境影响评价理论研究和实践探索起到借鉴作用。

Environmental Impact Assessment of Agricultural Parks:Strategy and Empirical Study of Index System Construction

At present,the rapid development of agricultural parks in China has entered the crucial stage of integration of planting and breeding, the extension of industrial chain and the joint development of social and economic environment of region.The environmental impact of agricultural park is complex and compound.To adapt to the change of production mode of agricultural park and scientifically respond to new changes of environment impact of agricultural park,this article based on the relevant research at home and abroad,discussing the strategies and methods for the construction of environmental impact assessment index system in agricultural parks.Taking an agricultural park as an example,it coordinates the protection of regional environmental quality,mitigation of agricultural environmental impact,and construction of circular economy industrial chain.An index system suitable for environmental impact assessment in agricultural parks was proposed from the aspects of sustainable improvement of environmental quality,ecological space protection,pollution prevention and control,resource utilization,environmental risk prevention and control,and environmental management.Based on the empirical study,strategic suggestions for index construction were put forward to improve the pertinence and practicability of environmental impact mitigation measures in agricultural parks.It will provide guidance and reference for the theoretical research and practical exploration of environmental impact assessment in agricultural parks.
