| Abstract: | Scientific development is the main theme of universities while the democracy construction acts as the inner requirement of the development of higher education.This thesis focuses on how to understand the scientific outlook development and democracy construction in order to reach the dialectical unity between scientific development and democracy construction and to help to better guide the work in different aspects in universities. |
