中国公民法治精神的缺乏及其原因探析

法治国家的公民应当具有法治精神。但是当前中国公民尚未普遍具有法治精神,人们对法治和法律的认识仍存在偏差,对法治理想及其价值目标还缺乏心悦诚服的认同、充分的信任、坚定的信念和忠诚的信仰。这种状况是由中国文化传统中消极方面、特殊的历史原因、法律运行的失调以及法治宣传教育的重心偏离等因素共同造成的。

A Research into the Lack of the Rule-of-law Spirit of Chinese Citizen and its Reasons

The citizens of a legal state must have the spirit of rule-of-law.Butat present situation,our citizens are not generally having such a spirit of rule-of-law.There is a deviation to the understanding of rule-of-law,and the identification,abundant trust,firm and loyal faith to the ideal of the rule-of-law are indigent.This is caused by the passive aspects in the cultural tradition,special historical reasons,unbalanced law promotion and the deviation in law education in China.
