| Abstract: | Cai Hesen was one of the pioneers who propagated systematically Lienin's theory of founding a political party.His influence on the founding in Hunan province of the Communist Party and Communist Youth League of China was shown in three aspects.He helped to produce the founders,cultivated core members and offered basic principles for it. |
