浅谈教育部门领导干部的从政道德建设

摘    要:教育部门领导干部从政道德建设问题 ,直接影响着教育事业的成败。从政官员的职业道德具有导向性、有权力道德和职责道德的特征 ,从政道德建设的实现途径是 :一要建立健全与社会主义市场经济体制相适应的新的领导干部从政道德规范和体系 ;二要建立健全制约教育部门领导干部从政道德的法规和相应的监督机构、执法机构 ;三要靠内在的自律和他律相结合 ,进一步促进教育部门的领导干部从政道德建设。

Abstract:The construction of admininstrative morality of leading cadres in education units influences directly the achievement of educational cause.The occupational morality of administrative officials contains the function of leading tendency and characteristics of power morality and responsibility.The practical ways to building administrative morality:1.establishing and per-fecting healty norms and system of administrative virtue for leading cadres,which meet the needs of market-economic system of socialism.2.establishing and perfecting the relevant statutes of administrative morality,supervisory structure and enforcemental body for the leading cadres in educational units;3.relying on the combination of inner self-discipline and other-discipline and further promoting the construction of administrative morality for leading cadres in educational units.
