| 摘 要： | 中国互联网站从事登载新闻业务从2000年开始,经过了十年的历程。随着互联网的迅速发展和上网用户人数的大量增加,今天互联网在中国已经成为重要的新闻传播平台和社会文明存在与演进的另一个形态。回顾互联网新闻信息服务领域依法治理的实践,将有助于中国的新闻法治建设和中国特色社会主义法律体系的形成。
