| 摘 要： | 进入20世纪90年代,我国的高等教育已从追赶型战略发展模式转入追踪与自主发展并重的新阶段,但高等学校的本科人才培养质量观仍存在重知识轻素质的倾向;人才培养模式仍存在规格单一、方式陈旧、主体被动问题。要提高大学本科人才培养质量应更新教育观念,构建多元化的创新人才培养模式;注重学思结合,培养学生的创新思维和探索精神;注重知行统一,培养学生的实践能力和创新能力;因材施教,培养拔尖创新人才;营造有利于拔尖创新人才脱颖而出的成长环境。
