西部大开发与凉山教育扶贫战略研究

抓住西部大开发的历史机遇,按照《四川省民族地区教育发展十年行动计划》的要求,以对口支援的方式,开展教育扶贫工作,通过开办寄宿制学校,开展“农、科、教”相结合的教育教学改革,力争实现凉山民族地区基本普及九年义务教育,努力提高广大劳动者素质,最终实现脱贫致富奔小康之目的。

On Western Bound and Liangshan Help-the-poor Educational Strategy

According to the demands of ten-year-plan on education development in national autonomous areas of Sichuan province, we should stize the good opportunity of Western Bound to carry out the help-the-poor educational strategy in the way of fit support. By setting up boarding schools, we can enforce the educational reforms with combination of agriculture, science and education.We should try hard to popularize the nine-year compulsory education in Liangshan autonomous Prefecture and to improve the quality of labours, therefore to finally achieve the purpose of people's being moderately well-off.
