| 摘 要： | 国家利益决定了一个国家居支配地位的价值与政策取向,反映国家的基本需求和具体的国家目标.由于中美两国国家利益的结构性矛盾,美国对我国采取"接触、遏制"的战略就成为必然,致使中美两国的关系总是在合作和对抗中摇摆,为此谋合作、避对抗应成为我国制定政策的基本价值取向,这符合我国的国家利益与和平的发展战略.

| Abstract: | The national interest,which decides the dominnant value and policy mindset of a country,reflects the basic needs and the specific target of a country.For the structural antinomy of the national interest betyween China and the United States,it's inevitable that the United States adopts the contiguity-suppression strategy,which induces the China-America relationship to vibrate between cooperation and rivalry,therefore,seeking for copperation and avoiding confrontation,which accords with the national interest and the development strategy of our country,should be the basic objection of the constitution of our policy. |
