| 摘 要： | 梳理了我国职业教育建立市场机制的背景和脉络,围绕职业教育的就业市场探讨了职业教育市场供需机制、价格机制、竞争机制等在中等职业教育发展中的作用机理,并分析了中等职业学校办学中与市场机制不相适应的现象,进而针对性地提出了中等职业学校在市场驱动下,应坚持社会需求导向的办学定位策略、职业需求导向的专业设置策略、就业导向的开放办学策略,充分发挥市场机制的作用,促进办学质量和人才质量有效提升.

| Abstract: | The background and structure of establishing market mechanism for China＇ s vocational education are sor- ted out, and the mechanisms of action tor demand-supply system, pricing system and competition system in the devel- opment of middle vocational education are discussed, and the contradiction and incompatibility between middle voca- tional education and market mechanism are analyzed. Three strategies for middle vocational schools to follow with the push of market development are put forward： teaching guidance strategy orientated on social demands, course desig- ning strategy orientated on positional demands and open school-running strategy orientated on employment prospects. All middle vocational schools should stick to the above mentioned strategies and fully utilize the influence and effect of market mechanism to improve the teaching quality and nurture talented graduates. |
