| 摘 要： | 信用担保业是国际公认的高风险行业。虽然担保企业在社会网络中直接与商业银行和中小企业连接，但是其网络关系极其复杂。为了恰当地评价我国担保企业社会资本对增信能力形成的贡献，以便指导我国担保行业发展战略的制定，建立了社会资本支持的增信能力的路径模型。该模型涵盖了社会资本网络关系与担保企业存量能力、增量能力和潜在能力形成的联系，沿此路径分析，可以确定对担保企业增信能力的影响，即“风险筛选”、缓解“信贷配给”和“乘数效应”。
