| Abstract: | This paper makes attempt to elaborate on an idea that the key to one enterprise's long-term growth is to adjust dynamiclly the "7S" Success Factor Portfolio of enterprise structure according to business envionmental changes. A theoretic structure is proposed to match the five phases of one enterprise's development with the characteristics of “7S” Success Factor Portfolio of enterprise structure. At last, we make a practical study of the successful development history of Three Star Corporation. |
