| 摘 要： | 采用实证研究的方法,分析了武汉市私营企业主阶层的人生观、经营理念、政治态度和社会责任感的基本状况,揭示了影响与制约武汉市私营企业主阶层思想动态的主要因素,并对如何做好这一新的社会阶层思想工作提出了可操作性建议。

| Abstract: | In order to understand well the thought condition of the stratum of private entrepreneur in Wuhan,an investigation has been undertaken involving the attitude towards life,the management concepts and the basic status of social thought condition of the stratum of private entrepreneur in Wuhan through the empirical research.Then the authors promulgate the key factors which affect and restrict the thought condition of the stratum of private entrepreneur in Wuhan,and put forward some feasibility proposals. |
