庇古“收入均等化”理论对我国收入分配制度改革的启示

“收入均等化”理论是亚瑟·塞西尔·庇古提出的一种增进社会福利的分配理论。该理论认为一个社会的福利不仅取决于国民收入总量,而且还取决于收入分配的状况。应当在不影响国民收入增长的基础上．通过收入均等化来实现社会公平,增加社会福利。从庇古的理论中我们可以汲取思想的营养。用于我国现阶段收入分配制度的改革,这对于贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会具有重要的现实意义。

The Inspiration of Pigou's Theory of Income Equalization to the Reform of System of Income Distribution in Our Country

The Theory of Income Equalization, which is raised by Arthur Cecil Pigou, is a distributional theory to enhance social welfare. According to this theory, the welfare of a society depends on not only the total of national income but the situation of income distribution. On the basis that the increase of national income would not be influ- enced, we should realize the equitableness of society and enhance social welfare through income equalization. To applying the scientific outlook on development and building a harmonious society, it is of great practical significance that we can learn from Pigou＇ s theory for the reform of system of income distribution in our country.
