中国高等教育结构的战略性转变

文章针对高等教育结构的战略转变问题进行研究,分析了高等教育趋同化与高等教育大众化的发展方向相违背的关系,提出了结构调整的关键和可持续发展对策,为促进我国高等教育发展和满足社会多样化的人才需求以及推动人才强国有着现实意义和深远影响。

Towards a Strategic Transformation of the Structure of China's Higher Education System

With a view to redressing the current trend in China of many educational institutions hoping to expand and grow into large comprehensive universities in disre- gard of specific priorities and individual characteristics,this paper argues for a strate- gic transformation of the structure of China's higher education system to solve this contradiction between the drift to uniformity and the need for diversity so as to ensure a sustainable development of China's higher education and to meet the society's need for a well-trained workforce of diversified knowledge structures and practical skills.
