摘    要:教师评价作为教育评价的核心内容之一,伴随着教育活动的产生而产生,并受到人们的广泛关注。它是教师选拔、培养、任用、奖惩等工作的依据,具有根本性意义。研究教师评价研究的历史、现状与未来,对于构建科学合理的教师评价机制有重要作用。

Abstract:As a central part of the education evaluation,teacher evaluation is developed with the development of educational activities.It attracts extensive attention and has great significance,because it is the evidence for the selection,training and appointment of teachers as well as for rewards or punishments.The past,present and future study on the evaluation of teachers is of great importance in the establishment of working system for teacher evaluation.
