非英语专业大学生跨文化交际能力的对比研究

本研究以Byram的跨文化交际能力模式为理论基础,通过问卷调查的方式（问卷信度系数为0.803）,对来自具有不同跨文化交际环境的两个地区共193名大学非英语专业学生的跨文化交际能力进行了对比研究,结果表明：（1）非英语专业大学生的跨文化交际能力平均水平比较低;（2）跨文化交际能力四维度发展不均衡,知识维度落后于其他三个维度;（3）不同环境下非英语专业大学生的跨文化交际能力表现出趋同的特征,跨文化环境对其影响不显著。

A Comparative Study on the Intercultural Communicative Competence of Non-English-major Students in Different Contexts

Based on Byram＇s ICC model this paper attempts to conduct a comparative study on the intercultural communicative competence of 193 non-English- major university students from two districts of different intercultural contexts with the research instrument of a questionnaire. The results of the study demonstrate that： First, the current ICC levels of the non-English majors in these two contexts are quite low;Second, the status of four dimensions in ICC is of imbalance; Third, on the whole, the context of intercultural communication may exert little influence on their ICC development.
