和谐发展理念与节约型经济发展

随着我国改革开放的深入和经济的快速发展,当前出现了一系列影响我国经济继续向前发展的制约因素,如资源紧缺,环境污染严重等,胡锦涛提出了“建立资源节约型国民经济体系和资源节约型社会”的重要战略目标。中国的经济发展要以和谐理念为指导,走节约型经济发展道路,建立节约型社会。从和谐发展理念的相关问题出发,审视传统发展观,阐述和谐理念指导下的节约型经济发展路径与措施。

Ideas of Harmonious Development and Saving Economic Development

Along with the deepening of reform and opening up and rapid economic development in our county,the emergence of a series of constraints have affected the economic development of our country,such as shortage of energy,and serious environment pollution,etc.Hu Jintao has put forward the important strategic goal of establishing a resource-saving national economy and a resource-saving society.This paper begins with problems related to harmonious development,examines the traditional view of development,and elaborates the path and measures for the development of an "saving" economic development under the guidance of the view of harmonious development.
