| 摘 要： | 妇女工作社会化作为妇联工作的发展方向不可逆转,它对传统的妇联基层组织建设提出重组要求,表文拟从分析城市妇女工作重心移向社区的必然入手,指出传统妇联基层组织建设的滞后性,进一步提出妇联基层组织建设网络化的对策性思考.

| Abstract: | The socializtion of women's work is inevitable as the work of the Women's Federation is proceeding, which calls for the re-grouping of the traditional primary organizations of the Women's Federation.This paper starts with analyzing the inevitability of focusing on the work for city women in the community,than narrates the stagnation of the traditional primary organizations of the Women's Federation,to further put up some thinkings on building a network among the primary organizations of the Women's Federation. |
