| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,从经济学角度分析,就是要克服市场失灵带来的资源配置无效率,因而必须要求政府的参与。政府为了实现构建和谐社会的时代任务,就要实现政府职能的转型,建立公共服务型政府,提供经济性、社会性、制度性和道德性公共品。

| Abstract: | To build socialist harmonious society,viewed from angle of economics,is to overcome ineffectiveness of allocation of resources caused by market disorder.Such a situation calls for the participation of the government which,in order to fulfill the mission of the times of building harmonious society,is supposed to transform its role,set up a government for common service and offer all that is common,with the characteristics of being economic,social,institutional and moral. |
