| 摘 要： | 国家科技部启动全国科技信息服务网建设,但各省科技信息服务节点工程建设缺乏统一标准,省级节点系统建设重复投入;科技信息资源分散建设与集中管理矛盾,共享应用渠道不畅通;多数科技信息工作重资源收集和保存,轻视服务体系和渠道建设;地方特色资源建设不突出,缺乏对入网信息的评估手段。省级科技信息服务节点工程建设应从全国科技信息服务网对外服务门户科技信息资源联动系统、科技信息服务共性技术支撑系统和面向全国科技信息服务网维护系统等建设入手。全国科技信息服务网门户建设应从集约化主题数据资源建设、综合性服务系统建设和信息服务安全系统建设展开。 |
