| 摘 要： | 贫困大学生就业直接关系和谐社会建设进程和社会公平正义,提高贫困大学生的就业能力是高等教育义不容辞的责任。高等学校社团对提升贫困大学生心理成熟度、增强人际交往能力、提高学习专业知识积极性、形成良好人格和培养职业道德精神等就业能力发挥积极的影响,但仍存在大学生社团活动层次低水平重复、缺乏完善的管理机制和评价机制、社团资源缺乏的问题,可通过以社会基金带动社团运作模式项目化和规范化;推进社团管理目标务实化和方式人性化;加强贫困大学生社团导师队伍建设的途径建设科学规范的大学生社团,努力提升贫困大学生的就业能力。
