| 摘 要： | 项目后评估的主要作用在于总结项目的经验教训和修订、组织今后项目的决策准则和政策。多数项目在实施完毕、经过一段时间的运营之后还需要作后评估,项目后评估有两个主要目的,一是对项目实际情况前出客观评价,二是对前评估及其相关决策的正确性进行评估。
