创新发展是实现科学发展的必然要求

本文提出创新发展是实现科学发展的必然要求，并从三方面论述了这一命题。一是创新发展是转变经济发展方式的重要支撑，只有坚持创新发展，才能实现从二产为主型发展方式向一、二、三产业相协同的发展方式、从投资主导型发展方式向消费主导型发展方式、从资源依赖型发展方式向创新驱动型发展方式的转变。二是创新发展是抢占国际科技发展制高点的现实需要，当今世界科技创新正在孕育着的新突破，依靠科技创新抢占世界科技发展的制高点，才能把握发展的先机，实现快速的崛起。三是创新发展是从经济大国向经济强国转变的必然选择。实现我国从经济大国向经济强国转变，必须努力提高我国关键技术的自我供给率，努力提高我国的科技贡献率，坚持走自主创新道路。

Innovation and Development, an Inevitable Requirement to Realize Scientific Development

Innovation and development are the inevitable requirement of scientific development. The proposition is discussed from three aspects. Firstly, innovation and development is an important support for China＇s transformation of economic development mode. Only by innovation and development can the transformations be achieved from secondary industry - led mode to a mode of the coordinated development of first industry, secondary industry and third industry, from investment - led mode to consumption -led mode, and from development -depending- on -resources mode to innovation -driven mode. Secondly, innovation and development are the practical needs to get the upper hand in international science and technology development competition. Science and technology innovation in today＇s world is pregnant with new breakthroughs. By scientific and technological innovation, we will be able to grasp the opportunity and achieve rapid rise. Thirdly, innovation and development are the inevitable choice of transition from big country to strong country in economy. To realize China＇s transition from a big country to strong country in economy, we must strive to improve the self - supply rate in key technologies and the contribution rate of science and tech- nology in China＇s development, highlighting independent innovation.
