| 摘 要： | 中国饮食人类学的发展刚刚开始,对其研究内容、理论方法等问题的探讨,是建设和发展这一人类学分支学科的重要工作之一。通过对以往人类学的饮食文化领域的研究回顾,结合人类学对饮食文化与饮食行为的相关理论分析,我们可以获得对饮食人类学这一分支学科的基本理论认识,并由此而形成关于中国饮食人类学发展的基本看法。
