| 摘 要： | 对国有资产形态转换过程的管理是国有资产管理的重要内容,以社会责任为本位的经济法在对国有资产管理进行法律调整中发挥着重要作用。在国有资产形态转换的过程中,必须加强监督管理,全面贯彻经济责任制原则、效益优先、保值增值原则以及国家监督和社会监督相结合原则,有效防止国有资产流失。进一步完善相关的经济法律制度,是当前加强国有资产形态转换法律规制的重点和关键。

| Abstract: | The main task of State-owned assets management is to manage and control the whole process of its transformation, while economic law plays an important role in the legal regulation on such transformation. It must be emphasized that, in case of the losses of state-owned assets, we must adhere to three basic principles, i.e., system of job responsibility, beneficial result priority & value to be preserved and added, as well as combining the State's supervision and social supervision. It is the key of strengthening the State-owned assets management to further perfect the related legal systems of economic law in the legal regulation on the transformation of state-owned assets in present China. |
