| 摘 要： | 教育治理是一个民主的、广泛的、多元主体充分参与的过程。在教育治理过程中，建立教育治理评估机制、教育治理问责制对话以及并建立教育治理的协商机制，并援引“行政问责制”，以期能够有效地改变我国教育治理的现状，达到教育治理的目标。

| Abstract: | In the course of administrating education, we establish the mechanism for administrating and assessing education and administrative accountabilities system, besides these, we also establish the consultation system and invoke the ＂executive accountability system＂ , which can change the current conditions of education administration in China and achieve the objective of ad- ministrating education. |
