| 摘 要： | 本文认为,战略管理的新世纪曙光已经出现在地平线上,战略管理的后现代图景强调战略过程具有优先地位,而不是战略定位、目标和结果。这些新图景都是探究当代西方战略管理理论和组织进化的新特征、新矛盾及其理论走向,折射出当代西方战略管理理论裂变的征兆,并以不同态度、方式寻求解决战略管理理论发展的矛盾之途。

| Abstract: | This article holds that the new light of the strategic management of organizations had emerged at the horizon of this new century.The PMLSM stressed out the importance of the strategic process,but not its identification,objective nor the result.These new landscapes are dealing with the new characteristics,new conflicts and the changes of the modern western strategic management theories and organizations.This article also discussed the different attitudes and methods to solve the conflicts of the theories in the strategic management.As a result,it is well worth to doing research in this field about these new landscapes. |
