摘    要:改革开放以后我国民营经济的发展进程,既取决于民营经济追逐利益的内生动力,也处于政府关于民营经济发展政策的刚性约束之下。在我国由政府所有、领导的媒体体制下,行政指令通过社会意识形态化的媒体传导,相应体现为某种社会舆论的变化形成。在互联网时代,我国的社会舆论环境发生了一定变化,但民营经济与社会舆论强烈的互动关系仍对我国民营经济的发展存在相当大的影响和作用。厘清自身社会职能,为民营经济的发展创造良好的环境和氛围,是我国大众媒体需要加以重视和研究的历史责任。

The Media Responsibility to Promote the Private Economic Development
Abstract:The development of the private economy after China's reform and opening not only depends on the endogenous driving force of pursuing the interests of the private economy,but also under the rigid constraints of the government policy on private economic development.In our country,an administrative directive led by the government controlling system,through the social ideology conduction,reflected in a corresponding change in the formation of public opinion.In the Internet era,the social media environment has certainly changed,but the strong interaction between social public opinion and the private economy still has considerable influence and role on the private economy development.To clarify their own social functions,and create a good environment and atmosphere for the development of the private economy is the historical responsibility of Chinese mass media,which is Worthwhile of attention and research.
