| 摘 要： | 能否处理好社会经济发展与环境的关系，是决定社会经济能否持续稳定发展的关键。少数民族地区在经济发展中，依然面临着如何维护生态平衡，保护生态环境的严峻问题。只有合理开发、合理利用资源，才能使社会经济和生态系统协调发展。

| Abstract: | Whether the relation between the social economic devlopment and enviroment can be well delt with is the key to the sustainable social economic development. A few minority areas are faced with some serious problems such as how to maintain and protect ecological balance. Only with a rational development and reasonable utilization of natural resource, can coordinated growth of social economy and ecological balance be reached. |
