诺克斯计划：美国与日俄在华利益的争夺

进入 2 0世纪后 ,随着美国经济实力的增长 ,美国垄断资本集团决意要打开中国东北市场 ,诺克斯计划的制订就是美国对华实行门户开放政策的一次重要实践。但日俄凭借强大政治、经济、军事实力 ,阻挠美国垄断资本家在中国东北投资 ,导致该计划以失败而告终。本文通过对诺克斯计划失败原因的分析和对美国远东战略的考察 ,揭示了 2 0世纪初美国在东北与日俄之间矛盾关系的必然性。

Knox Plan: America Vying with Japanese- Russo for Interests in China

After entering 20th century,as American economic power expanded greatly,the groups of American monopolistic capital were determined to open the market in Northeast China.Knox Plan was an important practice for American Open Policy towards China.Japan and Russia tried to hinder American capital from investing in Northeast China through their powerful political,economic and military capabilities,which made Knox Plan finally abortive.By analyzing the reasons why Knox Plan failed and American strategies in the Far East,the author exposes in this article the inherent contradictions between the United and Japanese-Russo.
