Abstract:In the activities of enterprise acquisition and merger, price negotiation is a key link. Also it is a focus of bargain between parties. In negotiations, "the advantage of patience", "offer advantage", "counter offer advantage", and "shrewd acceptance"--these principles should be followed to gain more profits.
